She completed her MD in Pulmonary Medicine from King George Medical University, Lucknow in 2016 and then did her advanced training in this field from Singapore General Hospital, Singapore and Institute of Pulmonology Medical Research and Development (IPMRD) and Lung Care and Sleep Centre, Mumbai.
She is also recipient of gold medals for academic excellence during both under-graduation and post-graduation. She has been awarded Indian Chest Society Young Scholar Award for European Respiratory Congress, Paris in 2018.
She has several publications in national and international medical journals,She has given her services as a Consultant Chest physician at Fortis Hospitals Mumbai & Navi-Mumbai.
